Andy Bringardner
Andy Bringardner
Andy Bringardner has been with A. Vernon Allen Builder for more than 20 years. Alongside Ryan Benson, he assumed ownership of the firm over a decade ago, continuing AVA's 75-year legacy of building exceptional custom homes in Naples and throughout Southwest Florida.

A Naples native, Bringardner graduated from Barron Collier High School before earning a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Rollins College. He began his career in residential construction before joining A. Vernon Allen Builder, where he has served in numerous leadership roles throughout the organization. Today, as a Florida Certified General Contractor, he oversees construction operations, project execution, and client relationships while helping guide the firm's continued growth.
Throughout his career, Bringardner has developed expertise in luxury residential construction, combining technical knowledge with a disciplined approach to budgeting, scheduling, and project management. He works closely with homeowners, architects, and design professionals to deliver homes that reflect exceptional craftsmanship, thoughtful planning, and enduring quality.

Bringardner also holds Florida Certified Mold Assessor and Certified Mold Remediator licenses, providing additional expertise in building science, moisture management, and the performance of homes in Southwest Florida's coastal environment.

He has remained active in the Naples community through Leadership Collier and G.A.I.N. and has served on the City of Naples Design Review Board. In addition, Bringardner has coached youth soccer for many years, mentoring young athletes and supporting local families throughout the community.
Ryan Benson has been with A. Vernon Allen Builder for more than 20 years. Alongside Andy Bringardner, he assumed ownership of the firm over a decade ago, continuing AVA’s 75-year legacy of building exceptional custom homes in Naples and throughout Southwest Florida.

Benson has served in leadership roles across both the local community and the building industry, most recently as Chairman of the Florida Home Builders Association and as Chairman of Housing for the State of Florida through his role with the Florida Housing Finance Corporation.
​
A graduate of Stetson University with a Bachelor of Business Administration, Benson also earned his Master of Business Administration from Florida International University. He began his career in construction while in college and has remained dedicated to the industry ever since.
​
Throughout his career, Benson has been recognized for his leadership, service, and contributions to the building industry and community by organizations including Gulfshore Business, Collier Building Industry Association, Naples Area Board of REALTORS, Florida Home Builders Association, and the National Association of Home Builders.
He has also served on numerous boards throughout the community, including the Boards of Directors for the National Association of Home Builders, Florida Home Builders Association, Collier Building Industry Association, Canterbury School, Boys & Girls Club of Collier County, and Naples Gulfshore Rotary Club.
