Founded in 1951, A Vernon Allen is one of the most established home builders in Southwest Florida. Under the current leadership of Ryan Benson and Andy Bringardner for over a decade, the firm has remained the builder of choice for Custom Homes in our area with hundreds of new custom homes built under the AVA flag.
In 1951, A. Vernon Allen started the company, which would become one of the most established and finest custom homebuilders in Naples. Mr. Allen, a Kentucky native, moved to Naples and brought his trade to, what was at the time, a small fishing town. His mission was singular: to build only the very finest custom residences by combining unparalleled customer service with uncompromising attention to every detail.
Ryan and Andy represent the third generation of owners of the firm, and under their leadership have grown AVA to be the premier custom home builder in Southwest Florida, the largest builder in Port Royal, beachfront new homes, and now are extending that craft to Sanibel Island.
After the devastation of Hurricane Ian, Ryan, who owns and resided on the east end of the island, decided that the firm would be well served building back new homes for the residents. Ensuring the proper quality, craftsmanship and character would be consistent with what the island is and will become.
Under the 70 year old AVA flag, Brinben Homes, LLC will hold true to those values that matter most to the reconstruction of our island with the AVA team of 25 associates and decades of custom home construction experience, through hundreds of projects.
